The 1925 City Directory lists George Ross, a carpenter, as a resident of 18 Dustin. Margaret Donovan, the widow of James Donovan; and Henry O'Brien, an orderly, are listed as residents of 20 Dustin.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows G. and D. Ross as the owners of this house.
