The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows W.H. and O.D. Parker as the owners of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Andrew Cushing, a carpenter, as a resident of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Walter Parker as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Walter Parker, a 53-year old manager for a meat products company. Walter lived with his 49-year old wife Sarah (born in Maine) and their 18-year old son Raymond. The building was valued at $9,000.
