This multi-family house was built around 1925 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

In 1930 this house was owned by Joseph Greene, a 32-year old Boston policeman. Joseph lived in 11 Donnybrook with his 26-year old wife Claire and their 2-year old daughter Joanne. 9 Donnybrook was rented for $45 a month by Irving Carter, a 41-year old hardware salesman from Maine. Irving lived with his 39-year old wife Clara and their 12-year old son Richard. The building was valued at $11,000.
