In 1930 part of this house was occupied by Albert Spang, a 29-year old automobile salesman. Albert lived in 39 Donnybrook with his 27-year old wife Anna, a librarian. 41 Donnybrook was rented for $43 a month by Harry Kaplan, a 39-year old provisions merchant. Harry lived with his 29-year old wife Celia and their two children: 9-year old George and 6-year old Jean.
