Maloney; Harrison Mason, a lawyer; Mrs. H.R. Pitman; George Reardon; Frank Robinson, treasurer of Allied Stores Company Incorporated; Alice Simmons; E.M. Sullivan; H.L. Tobin, assistant treasurer of the Colonial Leather Company; Hattie Tobin; Alice Wells; Mrs. Louise Wise; and M.E. Yeretsky as residents of this building.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Bernard Rudnick as the owner of this building.

In 1930, thirteen apartments in this building were rented to these tenants:

  • Theresa Stack, a 40-year old public school teacher. Theresa lived with her 67-year old aunt Ellen Kelley and paid $42 a month in rent.
  • Harry Daly, a 29-year old insurance claim adjustor from Canada. Harry lived with his 30-year old Canadian wife Marie and their 1-year old daughter Betty. The rent was $52 a month.
  • Margaret Keppel, a 42-year old divorcee who paid $55 a month in rent.
  • Donald McIntyre, a 61-year old painter from Canada. Donald lived with his 63-year old wife Katherine and paid $57 a month in rent.
  • William Styles, a 54-year old hotel chef from New York. William lived with his 55-year old wife Josephine (born in New Hampshire) and paid $42 a month in rent.
  • Leab Stack, a 50-year old bookkeeper. He lived with his 46-year old wife Ida and paid $57 a month in rent.
  • Mary Holt, a 66-year old widow who paid $37.50 a month in rent.
  • William Harris, a 27-year old English-born foreman for an automobile company. William lived with his 27-year old Canadian wife Beulah and his 17-year old brother Jeffrey (born in England), an auto mechanic. The rent was $54 a month.

  • Louise Wise, a 57-year old insurance company clerk from Kansas. Louise lived with her 36-year old sister Hazel (born in Nebraska), also an insurance company clerk. The rent was $57 a month.
  • Helen Dilliard, a 40-year old bookkeeper from Ireland. Helen lived with Helen Coleman, a 38-year old lodger who worked as a bookkeeper in an electrical office. The rent was $50 a month.
