The 1925 City Directory lists William Ahern, confectioners' supplies; Anna Dowd, an accountant; Francis Drummond, a manager; Roger Higgins, a parter in the Higgins Commercial Machine School; Paul McCarthy, a clerk; Mrs. Charlotte Sawyer, a director; Webster Sawyer, a salesman; Harry Stuhlman, a special agent for an insurance company; and Fred Wescott as residents of this building.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows A. and M. Popoli as the owners of this building.
