The 1925 City Directory lists Clyde Bracey, a superintendent; Jacob Bornstein, an auctioneer; Mrs. Nellie Brooks; Mrs. S.M. Caro; Christopher Cox; Frederick Crowson; Edward Cummings, a salesman; Carleton Farrar, an assistant manager; Max Feldblum, a partner in Feldblum & Miller; Harry Holbrook, a watchman; Henry Miller, hardware; Mark Piller; Francis Pray, a partner in the Somerville Radio Store; Mrs. Francis Pray; D.L. Rogers; and Samuel Rosencrantz, a salesman, as residents of this building.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows the Northeastern Realty Company as the owner of this building.
