91 Claymoss Road is a two-family house that was designed by S.S. Eisenberg and built in 1925 by Patrick Rich for himself. This 2.5-story wood house rises 30 feet from a concrete foundation to a hipped slate roof. The cost of construction was $20,000.

In 1925 a two-car brick garage was built with a concrete foundation and a flat tar and gravel roof.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Patrick Rich as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Patrick Rich, a 60-year old construction contractor from Italy. Patrick lived with his 51-year old Italian wife Adena and their five children: 23-year old Eleanor; 22-year old William, a bricklayer; 19-year old son Mando, a bricklayer; 17-year old Gelda; and 15-year old Walter. Part of this house was rented for $100 a month by Nicolas Greco, a 33-year old clothing factory worker. Nicolas lived with his 68-year old invalid father Angelo; 66-year old mother Ravelo; and 31-year old brother Michael, a clothing factory worker. All of the Grecos were born in Italy. The building was valued at $15,000.

By 1948 this house was owned by Richard Dobbin.

In 1948 the support structure for the rear porch were repaired.

By 1980 this house was owned by Gail Soo Hoo.

In 1992 ths house's electrical system was updated.
