This apartment building was constructed in 1927, renovated in 1980, and subsequently converted to condos.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Morris Greenspan as the owner of the empty lot where this building was constructed.

In 1930 eight units of this apartment building were rented to the following tenants:

  • Carl Wichman, a 26-year old automobile tester from New York. Carl lived with his 26-year old wife Winifred (born in New York) and their 1-year old daughter Shirley Ann. The rent was $50 a month.
  • David Silberman, a 29-year old musician. David lived with his 31-year old Canadian wife Louise and their 6-year old son Harry. The rent was $58 a month.
  • Harry Straw, a 37-year old from Maine who worked as a clerk for a shoe company. Harry lived with his 39-year old wife Leila (born in Maine). The rent was $60 a month.
  • William O'Neil, a 35-year old stock manager for an automobile company. William lived with his 34-year old Canadian wife Hester and their 5-year old daughter Rosamie. The rent was $50 a month.
  • Philip LaFrance, a 34-year old factory foreman. Philip lived with his 34-year old wife Florence and paid $50 a month in rent.
  • Mary Gorman, a 37-year old telephone operator who paid $55 a month in rent.
  • Charles Douglas, a 49-year old building superintendent. Charles lived with his 52-year old Swedish wife Marie; 19-year old daughter Beatrice Hinckcliffe; and 21-year old son-in-law John Hinckcliffe, an advertiser for a meat packing company.
  • Marguerite Orchard, a 40-year old divorcee from Michigan. Marguerite lived with her two children: 15-year old Edward and 12-year old Jane.
