The 1925 City Directory lists William Blue, a painter; Thomas Heskey, a car tester; Alfred Shepard, a partner in the Photo Craft Studio; and Frederick Shepard, a photographer, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows A. Rozen as the owner of this house.
