Perley lived with his 55-year old wife Sadie (born in New Hampshire); 83-year old mother Annie (born in New Hampshire); and Evelyn Fernald, a 20-year old boarder from Ohio. Part of this house was rented for $55 a month by Perne Hutchimon, a 35-year old accountant for a textile company who was born in New Hampshire. Perne lived with his 35-year old wife Ruth, also born in New Hampshire. The building was valued at $15,000. |
