This Colonial house was built in 1895 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof. A renovation was performed in 1975.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Annie Stewart as the owner of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Duncan Stewart, a grocer, as a resident of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows J.P. Lambathas as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by James Lamthas, a 39-year old hotel waiter from Greece. James lived with his 37-year old wife Berie (born in Nebraska) and their six children: 15-year old Marvin, 13-year old James Junior, 10-year old Edmund, 10-year old Steven, 9-year old Norma, and 7-year old Dorothy. The building was valued at $10,000.
