The 1925 City Directory lists Parker Grant, an auto mechanic; Abram Young, a carpenter; and Wilfred Young, a salesman, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows J.S. Young as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Abram Young, a 63-year old carpenter from Canada. Abram lived with his 61-year old Canadian wife Josie; 26-year old son Wilfred, a machinist; 24-year old son Austin, a manager in a curtain factory; 21-year old daughter-in-law Ruth; 24-year old daughter-in-law Anna; 1-year old grandson Richard; 1-year old grandson Harry; 17-year old son Bennett; 37-year old son-in-law Parker Grant, a machinist from Maine; 30-year old daughter Mildred Grant; 6-year old granddaughter Helen Grant; 5-year old grandson Parker Grant; 3-year old grandson Chester Grant; and 2-year old granddaughter Winifred Grant. The building was valued at $5,000.
