The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Dennis Kerrigan as the owner of this building.

The 1925 City Directory lists Frederick LeVally, a rubber worker; and Michael McEvoy, a rubber worker, as residents of 41 Brooks. George Beede and James O'Brien, a watchman, are listed as residents of 43 Brooks. Albert Maguire, an assistant manager, is listed as a resident of 45 Brooks. Schafer's Market (provisions), owned by Anton Schafer Jr, is listed as the occupant of 47 Brooks.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Horace Poole as the owner of this building.
