The 1924 City Directory lists Bernard Vorbrink, a salesman, as a resident of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists George Bailey, an electrician; Dennis McGuiness, a golf editor; and Bernard Vorbrink, a salesman, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows M.F. McGuinness as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Dennis McGuinness, a 47-year old newspaper reporter. Dennis lived with his 40-year old wife Mary and their four children: 15-year old Ruth, 14-year old Ralph, 13-year old Francis, and 11-year old Margaret. Part of this house was rented for $55 a month by John Goodfellow, a 48-year old who worked as the elevator superintendent in Boston's City Hall. John lived with his four children: 24-year old John Junior, a clerk in Boston's City Hall; 22-year old James, a clerk in an accessory store; 19-year old Margaret, a stock girl in a department store; and 17-year old Veronica. The building was valued at $10,500.
