The 1925 City Directory lists Mrs. Emma Badaracco; Edward Batson, a branch manager; H.D. Bennett; James Butler, a manager; Edwin Keyes, a pharmacist; Frances Keyes, a teacher at the Washington Allston School; Louise Keyes, a teacher at the Continuation School; Ruth Keyes, a teacher; Frank Mooney, a salesman; Frank Moore, a partner in the Bay State Machinery Company; Harry Moran, a collector; Thomas Murphy; Louis Pinksohn, a jeweler; Michael Shea, leather; and Harold Talback, a salesman, as residents of this building.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows D.A. McLaughlin as the owner of this building.
