In 1930 part of this house was rented for $45 a month by John Zimmerman, a 42-year old printer. John lived in 69 Beechcroft with his 37-year old Irish wife Pauline and their six children: 14-year old Pauline, 11-year old Richard, 6-year old Geraldine, 3-year old Doris, and infant Joan.
