5 Barker Street
|
5 Barker Street was designed and built by Norman McCollom in 1926 for Ralph Shepard. This 2.5-story wood house rises 29 feet from a concrete foundation to a pitched asphalt roof. The cost of construction was $5000. The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows W. Stanley Tripp as the owner of the empty lot where this house was built. By 1961 this house was owned by John Hannon. In 1961 the exterior of the house was covered with wood shingles. |
