This brick multi-family house was built in 1905 and rises three stories to an asphalt shingle roof.

The 1925 City Directory lists James O'Neill, a fireman for the Boston & Albany Railroad; Charles Tekut, a rubber worker; and Stanislaw Wasilewski, a rubber worker, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows C. and S. Tekutis as the owners of this house.
