George Dexter
George Dexter was born in Boston, and was an early architect in the city. He designed the old Fitchburg Railroad Terminal which stood on the site of the present-day North Station. Dexter associated with Edward Cabot to design the Boston Athenaeum, built between 1845 and 1847.
Dexter died in Boston in 1856.
