This two-story brick multi-family house was built in 1900. A renovation was performed in 1975.

The 1925 City Directory lists Ada Macfarlane, the widow of Lemuel Macfarlane; Henry Macfarlane, a chauffeur; and Ernest Thompson, a garageman, as residents of 13 Weitz. Benjamin McCloud, a foreman, is listed as a resident of 15 Weitz.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows A.L. Finley as the owner of this house.

In 1930 13 Weitz was rented for $30 a month by Ada McFarlane, a 65-year old widow from Canada. She lived with her 32-year old son Henry, who worked as an auto mechanic. Ernest Thompson, a 63-year old from England who worked as a hospital caretaker, rented a room from Ada. 15 Weitz was rented by Herbert Varley, a 53-year old from England who worked in a foundry, for $35 a month. Herbert lived with his 52-year old wife Maria, his 26-year old son Jack, his 22-year old daughter Frances (who worked as a stenographer), and his 15-year old son Herbert. Herbert was the only child born in Massachusetts - the rest were born in England.
