The 1925 City Directory lists Anna Lappen, an insurance broker; and Marie Lappen, a sewing teacher, as residents of 46 Ridgemont. John Blakeley, real estate; and Marie Doherty, a teacher at the William Wirt Warren School, are listed as residents of 48 Ridgemont.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Laura Blakeley as the owner of this house.
