This brick house was built in 1890 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1924 City Directory lists Horace Yapp, a bricklayer, as a resident of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists James O'Hare, a lineman; and Horace Yapp, a bricklayer, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows D. O'Hare as the owner of this house.

In 1930 part of this house was rented for $30 a month by Gustave Haley, a 26-year old driver for a plumbing company. Gustave lived with his 25-year old Canadian wife Bertha and their four children: 6-year old Gustave, 5-year old Louise, 4-year old Cecilia, and 1-year old Eugene. Another part of this house was rented for $31 a month by Harold Driscoll, a 24-year old who worked for a rubber company. Harold lived with his 25-year old wife Florence and their 1-year old daughter Florence.
