The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows J. and M. Crowley as the owners of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Mary Crowley, a 62-year old widow from Ireland. Mary lived with her 73-year old Irish brother Timothy Dennehy. The building was valued at $5,000.
