This brick multi-family house was built in 1880 and rises three stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1925 City Directory lists George Mullins, a clerk for the Railway Mail Service; Thomas Mullins, a trainman for the Boston & Albany Railroad; and Thomas Mullins Jr, a chauffeur, as residents of 7 Reedsdale. Walter Frail, a clerk; and Mrs. Delia Payne are listed as residents of 9 Reedsdale.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows T.E. and C.E. Mullins as the owners of this house.
