The 1925 City Directory lists Archibald Adam, a helper; John Adam, an engineer; Alexander Adams; Owen Donnelly, a steamfitter; and Elizabeth Forrest as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows J.J. Timmins as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was co-owned by Owen Donnelly and John Adam. Owen Donnelly was a 45-year old pipefitter from Ireland who lived in this house with his 43-year old wife Mary (also from Ireland) and their five children: 19-year old John, 18-year old James who worked as a plumber's helper, 14-year old David, 10-year old Ralph, and 6-year old Mary. John Adam was a 53-year old from Scotland who worked at an electrical company facility. John lived with his 52-year old wife Catherine, 20-year old son Alexander who worked as a cleaner for the electrical company, and his 15-year old son John. All members of the Adam family were born in Scotland. Part of this house was rented for $35 a month by widower Thomas Flynn, a night watchman on a private estate. He lived with his 74-year old sister-in-law Catherine Glynn, who was born in Kentucky. The building was valued at $12,300.
