The 1925 City Directory lists Lawrence Doyle, a yard master; Mary Doyle, the widow of Michael Doyle; Mary L. Doyle, the widow of George Doyle; and Mrs. Dora Pearlmutter as residents of 15 Raymond.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Michael Doyle as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Lawrence Doyle, a 35-year old yardmaster for a railroad. Lawrence lived with his 75-year old Irish mother Mary and his 23-year old brother-in-law James Downey, who worked as a booking agent for a theater company. Part of this house was rented for $20 a month by Mary Doyle, a 30-year old widow who worked as a winder in a silk mill. Mary lived with her 58-year old father Dennis Downey, who worked as a general laborer. The building was valued at $4,000.
