This brick multi-family house was built in 1900 and rises three stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1925 City Directory lists Eugene Fitzpatrick, a manager on the Boston Fish Pier; and George Fitzpatrick, a salesman, as residents of 17 Price. Arthur Phinney, an assistant pastor of Trinity Church, is listed as a resident of 19 Price.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows N.B. Fitzpatrick as the owner of this house.
