This multi-family house was built in 1900 and rises three stories to an asphalt roof. A renovation was performed in 1960.

The 1924 City Directory lists Victoria Amoroso, the widow of Raffaele Amoroso; Corinna Innocenti, the widow of Fred Innocenti; and Joseph Innocenti, a salesman, as residents of 43 Pratt.

The 1925 City Directory lists Annie Phillips, the widow of Frank Phillips, as a resident of 41 Pratt. Victoria Amoroso, the widow of Raffaele Amoroso; Corinna Innocenti, the widow of Fred Innocenti; and Joseph Innocenti, a salesman, are listed as residents of 43 Pratt.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows A.J. Phillips as the owner of this house.
