This two-story brick Colonial house was built in 1904. A renovation was performed in 1989.

The 1925 City Directory lists Paul Sullivan as a resident of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Eleanor Ritalie, a 72-year old widow from Canada. Eleanor lived with Paul Sullivan, a 27-year old roomer from Vermont who worked as a machine operator in a book bindery. The building was valued at $3,200.
