The 1925 City Directory lists Arthur Loner as a resident of 282 North Harvard. Alexander Hendrickson, a helper for the Boston & Albany Railroad; and Samuel Peffers, a baker, are listed as residents of 284 North Harvard.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows J. and E. Perricotti, et al, as the owners of this house.

In 1930 part of 282 North Harvard was rented for $28 a month by William Brown, a 56-year old pressman from England. William lived with his 47-year old English wife Marion, a saleslady in a dry goods store. Another part of 282 North Harvard was rented for $26 a month by Mary Kanter, a laundress. Part of 284 North Harvard was rented for $28 a month by Elmer Moore, a 23-year old auto mechanic from Canada. Elmer lived with his 19-year old Canadian wife Marion. Another part of 284 North Harvard was rented for $30 a month by Jonathan Moore, a 66-year old building laborer from Canada. Johnathan lived with his 56-year old Canadian wife Dorcas and their 19-year old daughter Vera, a dresser in a laundry.
