The 1925 City Directory lists Peter Wood, a dentist, as a resident of 23 North Beacon. Margaret Gannon, the widow of Frank Gannon; and Matthew Needham, a steward, are listed as residents of 25 North Beacon.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Peter Wood as the owner of this house.
