In 1930 part of this house was rented for $34 a month by Joseph Healey, a 29-year old soapmaker. Joseph lived with his 28-year old Irish wife Margaret and their three children: 2-year old Mary, 1-year old Joseph, and infant Marjorie. Another part of this house was rented for $45 a month by John White, a 40-year old soapmaker from Ireland. John lived with his 36-year old wife Eleanor (born in West Virginia), a baker.
