The 1925 City Directory lists Myer Applebaum, a manager; Maurice Barnard, a salesman; Etta Birnbaum, an employment manager; Love Birnbaum, a milliner and partner in Lynch-Birnbaum; David Bloom, a dentist; Jacob Bloom, a barber; Mrs. Lillie Dyer; Abraham Green, a physician; Martin Grossman, a musician; Mrs. Emma Howard; Frank Keniston; Milton Marks; and Margaret Smith, the widow of Henry Smith, as residents of this building. The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Mary McDonnell as the owner of this house. |
