The 1924 City Directory lists Alden Achorn; Effie Achorn, a partner in the Achorn Stationary Shop; and Herbert Achorn, a salesman, as residents of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Alden Achorn; Effie Achorn, a partner in the Achorn Stationery Shop; Herbert Achorn, a salesman; William Barry, a salesman; Florence Bigelow, a vocalist; Albert Higgins, a buyer; Mrs. Hugh MacBride; William Morrison, an engineer; and Ada Whipple, the widow of Frank Whipple, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Horace Baxter as the owner of this house.
