This house was built in 1915 and converted to condos in 1987. The 1925 City Directory lists Andrew Carroll, a clerk; Thomas Carroll, an electrician; and Anna Cedarman, the widow of Oscar Cedarman, as residents of 7 Bagnal. Michael Larkin, a gardener, is listed as a resident of 9 Bagnal. The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows the heirs of O.F. Cedarman as the owners of this house. In 1930 this house was owned by Anne Cedarman, a 51-year old widow from Finland. Anne lived with her two sons: 21-year old Walter, a time clerk for an automobile company; and 20-year old Paul, a machinery operator in a cotton thread factory. Part of this house was rented for $28 a month by Frank O'Keefe, a 31-year old plumber's helper for a railroad. Paul lived with his 27-year old wife Pearl who worked as a packer in a bakery, and his 24-year old sister-in-law Gladys Miller who worked as a machinery operator in a factory. All three were born in Canada. Another part of this house was rented for $45 a month by Peter Johnson, a 75-year old from Sweden. Peter lived with his 75-year old wife Rika, also from Sweden.
