The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows A.C. Wise and James Gaffney, trustees, as the owners of the land where this building was constructed. The land was occupied by the Boston Braves baseball stadium (the team moved to Milwaukee in 1953 before moving to Atlanta in 1966).
